Greetings from the thawing North,

 This month our contribution is going to be short and (hopefully) sweet. India is just around the corner and time is flying by. All the planning is done, tickets are being purchased, messages fine-tuned and loose ends tied off.

It’s certainly a challenge to get everything done for a trip and work a full time job that includes 3:00am snowplowing. But, the Father keeps giving grace and strength, and somehow it all gets done.

Next week, we’ll be in Galliano, Louisiana for the annual missions conference. What a blast! It’s always fun to connect with other missionaries and catch up with old friends. Of course, the great fishing with Pastor Scott doesn’t hurt, either! This year, Mark will be sharing at the body Scott pastors, Christian Fellowship Church. What an honor and blessing!

Mark gets home just in time to share at Praise Chapel in Juneau. That invitation was a God surprise; He just dropped it in our laps. Thank you, Father!

Thank You’s in a newsletter just can’t express our gratitude to all of you that give of your time and money to help make these trips happen. Your reward in the Kingdom is, and will be, great. We are still about $1700.00 short of the need for this trip, but the Father is providing and will provide.


In closing, we ask you to keep praying that Jesus shows up in power at this conference. He is the only One that can bring the healing and wholeness that the Indian Church needs.

Greetings from the Balmy North, Well, relatively balmy. We’re still in the mid 30’s, downright tropical for mid-December here. But this too, shall pass and soon enough we’ll be buried under several feet of snow and the rise of the mercury will stop in the single digits. Wow! What a trip! Or is that trips? ROMANIA The main goal for the Romanian leg of the trip was to meet with Pastor Adi and move ahead on the School of Ministry; and that is exactly what happened. A prime example of a divine appointment. We were in complete agreement about the form the school should take, where it should start, goals and timing. If the speed with which this year has started is any indicator of what the rest of this year will be.....I may have to stop now and again to catch my breath. That thought excites me, and I hope that is exactly how it will be. My highest hope for you and me is that the perfect will of God will be accomplished in each of our lives so that multitudes will come to know Jesus our Savior, that He may be gloried and that we may be edified more and more each day.  In some ways, I am still in Thanksgiving mode. Actually, I am always in thanksgiving mode, but the news I am sharing with you now is a carryover from a $1200 project I presented to you in our October 2015 newsletter to purchase a new desktop computer for the work in India. Greetings from the Great Land, Just a bit of trivia. Alaska is the English version of Alyeska, which is Aleut for the Great Land. And it truly is a great land. Pastor Mathew Ondicho, Nairobi, Kenya This month we want to introduce you to a friend of Mark’s. His name is Mathew Ondicho and he’s a pastor and evangelist in Kenya. Mathew is one of 7 children, born into a poor, rural family. Mathew was saved at 5, and by the time he was 7 he was preaching in public. He was so small he had to stand on a table so the congregation could see him. In 2007, God called him into the slums of Nairobi, some 250 miles from his home. Since then, he has planted several churches, conducted numerous crusades and established a feeding program for orphans and widows. Pastor Mathew and his wife, Vane, work side by side to advance the Kingdom, taking ground back from the enemy.
