Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We rejoice in His goodness and faithfulness to all who put their trust in Him, and we give thanks to Him for you.

I really don’t want to say much about all of the things that are going on here at the home office because this month we are singularly focused on Mark’s upcoming India trip. Things here continue, busy as usual, and I will give you an update on that next month.

Mark has experienced some difficulty in getting all of the details finalized for this Conference, but Praise God, they finally are settled and we are in full sail mode. The venue has been reserved. Advertising has begun. The flyers and posters have been printed. Translation of teaching notes will begin in the next few days.
In the last several months, Mark and I both have had a tremendous increase in communication from our brethren in India. They are looking forward with great anticipation to the continuation of these Leadership Conferences we started so many years ago. These Conferences are still a very vital part of the preparation and training process for our fellow laborers on the Indian field.

Despite the fact that the demographic numbers never really seem to change much, our Indian brethren tell us that the work continues to grow. That’s a good report.

I don’t necessarily want to say that we are in a state of urgency or panicked, but time is of the essence now.
To date, we have received $100.00 towards Mark’s trip, leaving $4900.00 to go.

The most urgent need is for his airfare, which is $2500.00, so that we can get the best possible price. The longer we wait, the more costly it is going be. Then, the balance will need to be in no later than April 15th.

We invite you to be a financial partner with us in this endeavor for the increase of God’s Kingdom in India.
Thank you for your faithfulness in prayer and giving through all of these years. Your partnership has been, and still is, integral in all that we do for His glory. We pray that God’s blessings will continue to abound over you as you faithfully serve Him.

Because there are over 4.4 billion people in the world who still need Jesus, I remain

Greetings from the Balmy North, Well, relatively balmy. We’re still in the mid 30’s, downright tropical for mid-December here. But this too, shall pass and soon enough we’ll be buried under several feet of snow and the rise of the mercury will stop in the single digits. Wow! What a trip! Or is that trips? If the speed with which this year has started is any indicator of what the rest of this year will be.....I may have to stop now and again to catch my breath. That thought excites me, and I hope that is exactly how it will be. My highest hope for you and me is that the perfect will of God will be accomplished in each of our lives so that multitudes will come to know Jesus our Savior, that He may be gloried and that we may be edified more and more each day.  In some ways, I am still in Thanksgiving mode. Greetings from the Great Land, Just a bit of trivia. Alaska is the English version of Alyeska, which is Aleut for the Great Land. And it truly is a great land. Pastor Mathew Ondicho, Nairobi, Kenya This month we want to introduce you to a friend of Mark’s. His name is Mathew Ondicho and he’s a pastor and evangelist in Kenya. Mathew is one of 7 children, born into a poor, rural family. Mathew was saved at 5, and by the time he was 7 he was preaching in public. He was so small he had to stand on a table so the congregation could see him. In 2007, God called him into the slums of Nairobi, some 250 miles from his home. Since then, he has planted several churches, conducted numerous crusades and established a feeding program for orphans and widows. Pastor Mathew and his wife, Vane, work side by side to advance the Kingdom, taking ground back from the enemy.
