“But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.” I Corinthians 15:20 Praise God for His plan of salvation for all mankind. Praise God that Jesus willingly became the final sacrifice for sin. Praise God that Jesus victoriously rose from the grave, triumphant over death. We who have believed in Him are so blessed. Today, we walk in victory because Jesus purchased victory for us. Today, we have the hope and promise of eternal life because of His victorious work on our behalf. Today, we look forward to the time when we will rise from this earth to meet Him in the air and live with Him forever. And, as the song goes, “What a day that will be when my Jesus I shall see.” Wonderful day, indeed. Thank you, Lord, for your great love for us. Thank you, Lord, for the Easter season that causes us to reflect, one more time, on all you have done for us. Today, we also carry on with the work He has given us to do until That Day arrives. W

Greetings from the thawing North, This month our contribution is going to be short and (hopefully) sweet. India is just around the corner and time is flying by. All the planning is done, tickets are being purchased, messages fine-tuned and loose ends tied off. It’s certainly a challenge to get everything done for a trip and work a full time job that includes 3:00am snowplowing. But, the Father keeps giving grace and strength, and somehow it all gets done. Next week, we’ll be in Galliano, Louisiana for the annual missions conference. What a blast! It’s always fun to connect with other missionaries and catch up with old friends. Of course, the great fishing with Pastor Scott doesn’t hurt, either! This year, Mark will be sharing at the body Scott pastors, Christian Fellowship Church. What an honor and blessing! Mark gets home just in time to share at Praise Chapel in Juneau. That invitation was a God surprise; He just dropped it in our laps. Thank you, Father! Thank You’s in

“Faithful is He who calls you, who will also do it.” I Thessalonians 5:24 Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We rejoice in His goodness and faithfulness to all who put their trust in Him, and we give thanks to Him for you. I really don’t want to say much about all of the things that are going on here at the home office because this month we are singularly focused on Mark’s upcoming India trip. Things here continue, busy as usual, and I will give you an update on that next month. Mark has experienced some difficulty in getting all of the details finalized for this Conference, but Praise God, they finally are settled and we are in full sail mode. The venue has been reserved. Advertising has begun. The flyers and posters have been printed. Translation of teaching notes will begin in the next few days. In the last several months, Mark and I both have had a tremendous increase in communication from our brethren in India. They are looking forward with great a

Greetings from the “It can’t make up its mind” North, Snow, rain, rain, snow, sleet, a little blue. Repeat. Again and again and again. That’s our beloved Southeast Alaska weather. Normally this type of schizophrenic activity is reserved for spring. Wait, maybe that’s a good thing! INDIA 2013 MISSION Right now it’s all about Pune, India. The team is set: Mark, Greg Stevens (Pastor from Durbin, South Africa), and Norbert Rodriguez, (Pastor from Michigan). Wow, God put together quite a team for this trip.  The level of expectation is off the charts. This should be a dynamic, powerful conference. The focus of this conference will again be revival and His presence.  Mark will be teaching “A Bride Fit for a King,” encouraging everyone to see the Church as God sees it; overcoming, beautiful, and loved by her Bridegroom. Greg will be sharing “Shifting Culture”. He describes his teaching as “sharing around the topic of God anointing us to do life in a way that gets others to think dif
