Expecting Great Things for 2018

 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5,6

At Last! I am able to write this month’s abbreviated newsletter. 
Many exciting and unexpected things have been happening since Christmas. So many that I have been unable to compile a regular newsletter for this month.
Just know that ltimissions is on the move, and I am excited. 
My report to you next month will be much more informative.  You will be excited when you read it.
I will say this much... A Door of Ministry for ltimissions Has Opened To Me In Israel.
I will be making a trip there on March 23rd to put my feet on the ground and explore all the opportunities. My heart is full of expectation. You will learn more next month. I wish I could tell you more right now, but I need to get this brief newsletter to you before more time passes by.
The cost of this trip will be $5,000. 
I am trusting God for this provision.
Please agree with me in prayer concerning this. Thank you.
Before I leave you, please let me encourage you to look for the abundant blessings of God in your life in this New Year. 
I believe 2018 is intended to be a year of expansion for ltimissions. In my spirit, I have been hearing “Lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes,” Isaiah 54:2 I am full of anticipation for the events of this New Year for lti and you as well.
Remain blessed by His abundant grace and love.
Because there are over 4.4 billion people in the world who still need Jesus, I remain

Greetings from the Balmy North, Well, relatively balmy. We’re still in the mid 30’s, downright tropical for mid-December here. But this too, shall pass and soon enough we’ll be buried under several feet of snow and the rise of the mercury will stop in the single digits. Wow! What a trip! Or is that trips? Anyway, what a wonderful time in the Lord and with His family. ROMANIA The main goal for the Romanian leg of the trip was to meet with Pastor Adi and move ahead on the School of Ministry; and that is exactly what happened. A prime example of a divine appointment. We were in complete agreement about the form the school should take, where it should start, goals and timing. “And the things thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2 2016! If the speed with which this year has started is any indicator of what the rest of this year will be.....I may have to stop now and again to catch my breath. That thought excites me, and I hope that is exactly how it will be. My highest hope for you and me is that the perfect will of God will be accomplished in each of our lives so that multitudes will come to know Jesus our Savior, that He may be gloried and that we may be edified more and more each day.  In some ways, I am still in Thanksgiving mode. Actually, I am always in thanksgiving mode, but the news I am sharing with you now is a carryover from a $1200 project I presented to you in our October 2015 newsletter to purchase a new desktop computer for the work in India. Greetings from the Great Land, Just a bit of trivia. Alaska is the English version of Alyeska, which is Aleut for the Great Land. And it truly is a great land. Pastor Mathew Ondicho, Nairobi, Kenya This month we want to introduce you to a friend of Mark’s. His name is Mathew Ondicho and he’s a pastor and evangelist in Kenya. Mathew is one of 7 children, born into a poor, rural family. Mathew was saved at 5, and by the time he was 7 he was preaching in public. He was so small he had to stand on a table so the congregation could see him. In 2007, God called him into the slums of Nairobi, some 250 miles from his home. Since then, he has planted several churches, conducted numerous crusades and established a feeding program for orphans and widows. Pastor Mathew and his wife, Vane, work side by side to advance the Kingdom, taking ground back from the enemy.
